Introduced in 1915 by the Imperial German Army for use with GEW 98 Rifle (also fits K98 and most 98 Mauser clones including Yugo Mausers). Used by Reichswehr between the Wars and by many German police departments (rifles were standard police issue). Remained in limited service through WWII. Made from deeply blued high carbon steel, oil finished wood grips with proper blued steel scabbard. Includes frog.
