It's blades were forged using the steel of an ancient Elvish spear. Engraved on them are the names of its creator, the Baelin slayer Anvari, and the man whom the weapon was made in honor of, the slain Ettiel, brother to Atteniel.

The Archeros" knife features finely detailed solid metal parts and a 420 stainless steel blade with a solid metal blade ornament. Each knife is presented with a wood display stand and an art print by fantasy artist Kit Rae. The painting "Archeros" depicts the Elf Anvari riding his great horse Eglanti in the ruins of the Red Marsh. Anvari holds Archeros" high in triumph as he prepares to slay Folkor with his lance, Occsdrow.
