The Qama, a formidable close-quarters combat knife, has been used by warriors from Persia to the Caucasus for centuries. Crafted from hand-forged, high carbon steel and featuring a buffalo horn handle, this weapon is both durable and authentic. Its 17 1/2-inch double-edged sharp blade tapers to a needle point, making the Qama a lethal choice for close combat. The design of the Qama can be traced back to the Roman Gladius, highlighting its historical significance. This knife was favored by the Cossacks and Northern Persians and is regarded as the national weapon of Russian Georgia.
The Qama comes complete with a wooden sheath covered in leather.
