Completing our line of Mini Swords are these fantastic katana based on popular themes in our Samurai sword series. Despite their size, these katana are crafted in much the same way as their full size counterparts. The high carbon blades are forged and differentially heat treated to produce traditional styling and an authentic hamon. The handles are wrapped in cotton ito by hand over real same with a wood core. The wooden saya feature buffalo horn accents and a high quality lacquered finish. Each piece is furnished with a display stand and in it's own presentation box, making an exceptional gift.

Forged from extremely durable 1060 spring steel, this blade is mono-tempered and machine polished. Forged without Bo-Hi, this blade is the most durable cutter in the 1060 line. The Shinogi-Ji is hand-burnished to a mirror polish, giving the blade a crisp geometry. The sword is fitted in Musashi themed Tsuba and Fuchi-Kashira with a pair of Buddhist sword Menuki. The Saya is finished in 11-layer natural lacquer taken to a high-gloss finish. The 11" Tsuka is paneled with genuine ray-skin and wrapped in black cotton Ito.

Forged from extremely durable 1060 spring steel, this 28.5" blade is mono-tempered and machine polished. 1060 spring steel, when properly tempered, makes the perfect hard cutter at an affordable price-point. The Bo-Hi and Shinogi-Ji are hand-burnished to a mirror polish, giving the blade a crisp geometry. The sword is fitted in Musashi themed Tsuba and Fuchi-Kashira with a pair of sun and moon Menuki. The Bo-Hi and Shinogi-Ji are hand-burnished to a mirror polish, giving the blade a crisp geometry. The sword is fitted in Musashi themed Tsuba and Fuchi-Kashira with a pair of cherry blossom Menuki. The Saya is finished in 11-layer natural lacquer taken to a stone finish. The 12" Tsuka is paneled with genuine ray-skin and wrapped in black cotton Ito.

Forged from unique blend of 1095/1085 high-carbon steel and 1060 spring steel, this 28.5" blade exhibits all the aesthetic qualities of the traditional Japanese sword. Forge-folded 8-12 times, the blade's surface shows a complex Hada, most commonly in the Mokume and Ayasugi styles. The Hamon and Hada are further enhanced by a traditional hand-polish on imported Japanese stones. The absence of Bo-Hi makes this blade a superior choice for cutting. The blade is fitted in the classic Musashi theme with a pair of Buddhist Sword Menuki. The 11" Tsuka is wrapped in black silk Ito. The Saya is finished in a deep black gloss lacquer with Same-gawa paneling.
